    Great info! Quick question, now that Dynamic Creative is being phased out and automatically switches on Flexible ads in Facebook while setting up ads, how do you suggest doing DCTs? Flexible ads do not show which image/video is the winner among the 3 creatives we are testing, so how to add winners to the scaling campaign and how to identify the losing creatives to replace? Thanks!

When scaling a product with your 3-2-2 strategy, can i test to do budget manipulation AND duplicating to see what performs better with the given product ​​or is the factor (is horizontal or vertical scale better) something that is "decided" or shown on ad account wise instead of product wise?

    Hey Charley, thanks for the video, I have a question. In your other videos, you mentioned how, ideally, you are going to have a Top of Funnel, Mid of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel ads in 1 CBO campaign letting facebook decides on which to spend on to curate customer journey. My question is, do you think there are exceptions in which we don't actually need to divide the customer journey into those 3 stages? The reason I am asking is because I have never seen success in my business to divide the ads into 3 different stages. Whenever I try to create bottom of funnel ads, it never gets ANY spend. Despite that, I am meeting my target CPA. I am selling pretty low AOV eCommerce product that are not that complicated and does not take a long and complex decision making process. Do you think that some products are easier to sell and have such short customer journey that you don't actually need ads at all 3 stages AND that you only need Top of Funnel Ads? Or do you think that I still need to find and create ads that fit into those 3 funnels?

    Hey Charlie, I'm currently running a campaign on our best seller, $200/day. I spent a lot of time focusing on the WHAT, not the WHY, and now I want to change it. Also I did a 4PI analysis, and found that each of my 4 winning DCTs were getting a very similar frequency daily (1.05-1.10). Their CPMS: ($7.73, $10.07, $11.56, $15.91,) What would you recommend I focus on when testing new DCTs? BOF Image ads? Prospecting ads that focus on the lifestyle of my customers? BOF UGC that shows how emotional the "customer" gets after receiving their product and how it makes them feel? Learning something every day from you! Thank you.

      Brother, I just discovered a new way to track custom_ids to pass back as purchases to Facebook. You may have heard of it. I think it may only work with Shopfiy themes?? The rule for the custom conversion event on FB stays the same. We still set our rule to content_ids but we leave the parameter field blank/empty. Then you utilize Dynamic Liquid code snippet insertion to track all inventory dynamically. This eliminates the need to update your code snippets or your custom conversion events manually. The dynamic liquid code snippets are set up for Add to Cart, Initiate Checkout, and Checkout. It's retired circus monkey easy! I was using CT's manual method before, which still works great as long as you have your manual code snippets in place via your Shopify theme script. Hope this helps a bunch of folks! Peace
